Jeffrey Flynn joined Katy Chiang in 2002 to lay the groundwork for what would become Gramercy Surgery Center. Jeffrey has more than two decades of experience in New York City’s healthcare industry. His areas of expertise lie within ambulatory surgery center (ASC) administration and physician practice management and development.
Jeffrey’s approach to working with other entities is unique in the ASC industry. He has been vital in creating and expanding Gramercy Surgery Center’s network of more than 350 physicians. He has spearheaded Gramercy Surgery Center’s clinical developments and has been instrumental in helping our center become one of the most innovative ASCs in New York.
Jeffrey has a strong customer-oriented approach to management; surgeons and patients alike have access to Jeffrey.
Jeffrey resides in Manhattan with Gramercy Surgery Center’s two English Bulldog mascots, Sir Winston and Sir Wellington.
