“We noticed that our workflows at Gramercy needed some improvement, so we began to overlay video technology over key chokepoints to help our team members improve the patient experience. There is definitely more room to grow as we continue to improve the technology and automate the workflow but its always nice to take a minute to pause and reflect. Very proud of our digital transformation journey so far and its impact on patient experience!”
For those who are unfamiliar, The Beryl Institute focuses a lot of their work on improving the human experience in healthcare, so this is quite an honor for our team. Thank you Terri Ipsen, CPXP and Meghan Nechrebecki, MSPH for the support. And of course, thank you to the Gramercy team members who put in the hard work to push this initiative forward.
