Gramercy Surgery Center has provided New York City with quality healthcare since 2006 and has grown to become the leading in-network multispecialty surgery centers across New York City, officially being recognized in the Top 5 ambulatory surgery centers in New York State by Newsweek from 2021-2026.

The facilities of Gramercy Surgery Center are freestanding, Article 28 centers, committed to delivering high-quality patient care. We provide our physicians with leading-edge equipment and a strong medical team to achieve surgical excellence. Our close-knit and attentive nature allows our surgeons to have a direct line of access to Gramercy Surgery Center’s administrators. Gramercy Surgery Center’s facilities are Medicare certified, meaning we not only abide by local guidelines but also comply with strict federal regulations. We are members of the Ambulatory Surgery Center Association (ASCA), the New York State Association of Ambulatory Surgery Centers (NYSAASC), and are accredited by the Accreditation Association for Ambulatory Healthcare (AAAHC). We are in-network with a majority of healthcare insurance plans and verify all insurance prior to surgery to ensure that our patients have coverage. We are proud to offer over 10 different specialties and host over 200 active surgeons from across New York State, which makes us truly multi-specialty and some of the most comprehensive ambulatory surgery centers in the Tri-State area. As an ambulatory surgery center, we also play an important role in reducing the overall cost of healthcare in our country by providing a more cost-efficient facility for surgery.
