Navigating Your Bills

At Gramercy Surgery Center, our team worked with your insurance beforehand to estimate your out-of-pocket costs, but final financial responsibility is determined once your insurance processes the claim. You may receive a bill or a refund depending on your plan’s final coverage, typically within 30–60 days after your procedure. If you have questions about your bill or insurance explanation of benefits, our billing team is here to help. We can also connect you with the surgeon or anesthesia billing team if you have questions about that separate bill as well.
