Our Team

Jeffrey Flynn joined Katy Chiang in 2002 to lay the groundwork for what would later become Gramercy Surgery Center. Jeffrey has more than two decades of experience in New York City’s healthcare industry. His areas of expertise lie within ambulatory surgery center (ASC) administration and physician practice management and development.

Jeffrey’s approach to working with other entities is unique in the ASC industry. He has been vital in creating and expanding Gramercy Surgery Center’s network of more than 200 active surgeons. He has spearheaded Gramercy Surgery Center’s clinical developments and has been instrumental in helping our centers become some of the most innovative ASCs in New York.

Jeffrey’s experience goes beyond Gramercy Surgery Center as his passion and dedication for the ASC industry was recognized in 2024 when he was voted in as the President of the New York State Association of Ambulatory Surgery Centers (NYSAASC).  As an industry veteran, Mr. Flynn is also called upon to provide guidance and expertise on ambulatory surgery center projects throughout New York State.
